Douglas Simon - I am an American from Los Angeles, California, raised in Europe, and have been living in Bahia for the past 7 years. I am a licensed Brazilian realtor ( CRECI 8333 ) here in Bahia and speak fluent English, French and Portuguese.

Our organization focuses primarily on assisting the foreign market in Bahia. We have access to a network of lawyers, architects and project developers if needed. Our mission is to find the ideal opportunity for each of our clients. We provide services to aid you through the process, as well as services once the property has been purchased, such as property management, construction and remodeling.
